About the Role:
As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in for absent teachers, leading pre-planned lessons across different subjects. You don’t need prior teaching experience – we’ll provide all the training and support you need to feel confident in the classroom.

4. Leading and managing a classroom (with lesson plans provided).
5. Engaging students and ensuring they stay on task.
