Accident Repair Centre Manager Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire About the Role: Are you an experienced leader in vehicle repair operations looking to take charge of an Accident Repair Centre? Our client is seeking an Accident Repair Centre Manager to lead and manage a skilled team of panel beaters, paint technicians, estimators, and customer advisers. This crucial role involves overseeing daily workshop operations, managing budgets and supplier contracts, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and BS10125 quality standards, and nurturing strong relationships with customers and insurance companies. The Ideal Candidate: Experience: Proven leadership and management experience within an accident repair or vehicle bodyshop environment. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and operational workflows. Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality repair standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with staff, customers, fleet managers, and insurers. Thorough technical understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair processes.
