New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Cambridge (On-site)
Salary: £32,000 base + OTE £45,000
Hours: Thursday–Monday (1 weekend off per month)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer journey from first enquiry through to completion
*
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand’s reputation
*
Conduct viewings and present the development, homes, and specifications confidently
*
Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong conversion rates
*
Guide customers through the reservation, contract, and completion stages
*
Ensure the sales suite, show homes, and marketing displays are always presented to a high standard
*
Build strong relationships with internal teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
About You
*
Experience in new build residential sales is essential
*
Professional, confident, and able to build rapport quickly
*
Strong understanding of the customer sales journey within the new homes sector
*
Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills
*
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently on site
*
Must be comfortable working Thursday–Monday (with one weekend off per month)
