You will be the first smiling face our customers see, providing outstanding service and assistance to find bargains. You will help maintain store standards and deliver a welcoming atmosphere and a prompt, enjoyable shopping experience, making you an indispensable part of the Home Bargains community.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service Extraordinaire - deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm, assist with product queries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Team Support - work with fellow team members to put out stock, ensure products are available and presentable, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
* Versatility in Action - work on tills, handle cash transactions, and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated. Assist across areas such as Café, Bakery, or garden centres as needed.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
* Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
* Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment
* Hardworking and reliable
* Polite and professional
Benefits
* Salary: £12.21 per hour (ages 18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+)
* Hours: 16 hours per week; must be available to work between 6am - 10am
