The Role
In this role you will be working alongside the UK’s heavy hitters in the Commercial Contracts / IT space. Through leveraging the firms international client base, you will be dealing with complex, large scale commercial transactions assisting on all forms of commercial / tech contracts. You will have access to the most complex, legally stimulating commercial work on offer outside of the city.
The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
Requirements
* You will be a Commercial Associate with at least 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
