ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Salary: £25,000.00

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

Are you customer service focused? Do your team mates enjoy working with you? Can you multi-task and prioritise to ensure tasks are completed efficiently?

We have the job for you!

At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are seeking a new Account Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working towards strict SLAs and able to build productive relationships to maintain high standards of work.

You will be engaging with members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments, working in a fast-paced environment, as well as liaising with external agents, providing clear instructions and deadlines.

We are looking for a personable, tenacious individual who is organised and proactive in chasing reports to meet targets.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with data reporting.

Candidate Requirements

* Personable and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
* Motivated to solve problems and capable of multitasking to meet targets and deadlines
* Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
* Experience is valued, but a good education, strong work ethic, and passion for people are essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
