Deliver the procurement strategy for projects and the overarching regional strategy, while developing the regional supply chain to meet both project-specific and regional demand Provide market standard procurement solutions for the operating unit which demonstrate best overall value for money. Provide an effective and professional delivery in the procurement of sub-contractors and materials covering: - Work winning / Pre-construction procurement strategy and supply chain selection for Bid Leader Construction stage project procurement for Project Teams, including: - Develop and manage the procurement schedule. Collaborate with project teams to produce work package documents. Lead technical and commercial negotiations with the supply chain. Prepare and issue sub-contracts in coordination with project teams. Manage NEC4 and Schedule 5 sub-contract formalities, including execution, bonds, and warranties.
