ServiceNOW Administrator
* Location: Kent DA13
* Contract type: Permanent
* Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 dependent upon experience
Role Overview:My client are looking for a highly organised individual to monitor and manage their ServiceNow system. The role is responsible for controlling workflow within agreed SLAs, coordinating the engineering team, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the ServiceNow platform and ensure tasks are completed within SLA timeframes.
* Schedule work for engineers and allocate resources efficiently.
* Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers as required.
* Prepare monthly costing sheets ready for billing.
* Manage stock and maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Attend all weekly maintenance meetings to review workflow and scheduling.
* Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure optimal performance.
Skills & Requirements:
* Experience with ServiceNow administration or workflow management.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* Ability to prepare reports and costing sheets accurately.
* Experience coordinating field-based engineers and logistics is preferred.
