A newly-created recruitment administrator position with a specialist City-based law firm.
In this role you will be responsible for firmwide interview scheduling and coordination. You will liaise with stakeholders and their assistants to confirm availability and work with agencies and applicants to ensure interviews are booked in good time. You will confirm meeting rooms, send invites to applicants, and keep the ATS updated throughout the hiring process.
You will also be involved in arrangements for student days, university and careers fairs, and marketing materials.
The role would suit a recent graduate who has an interest in recruitment/talent acquisition. Initially this role is being offered on a 6 month temporary basis with the view for a permanent role.
