What you’ll be doing
Procurement & Supplier Support
* Raise purchase orders and manage day-to-day procurement activity
* Conduct supplier research, gather pricing, and support product selection
* Maintain accurate supplier records and resolve supply issues
* Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
Stock & Inventory Management
* Maintain optimal stock levels
* Coordinate replenishment orders and avoid over- or under-stocking
* Use Business Central to monitor usage and plan stock requirements for field service teams
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Produce reports on purchasing activity, stock accuracy and supplier performance
* Keep system data clean and accurate
* Contribute ideas that streamline processes and support a Lean, improvement-driven culture
Team & Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
* Support a culture focused on doing things better every day
What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying or stock control
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
* Experience with inventory or purchasing systems (Business Central is a bonus)
* Analytical mindset and proactive approach
* Continuous improvement mindset
Salary, Benefits & Perks
💷 £40,000 – £45,000 base salary
🎯 Up to 8% performance bonus linked to KPIs
