Job Purpose
TechnipFMC is a leading technology provider to the traditional and new energies industry, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services.
Due to our global projects growth, we are now seeking a Tendering Engineer to join our teams in our Paris office, to support our tender/project teams and the wider business on estimating matters and the development and use of estimating/costing systems.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. You will ensure the delivery of proposals/offers within time, budget, and quality constraints, following tendering procedures and the commercial strategy/offer established according to sales and client requirements.
2. Coordinate with internal teams including business development, sales, project management, technical, estimating, finance, and legal departments.
3. Engage with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
4. Develop plans for tender process activities to meet targets.
5. Streamline tender processes for efficiency.
6. Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to tender documents.
7. Prepare qualification documents, sales documentation, and publications.
8. Facilitate the transfer of the project to the project manager.
Qualifications
You are suitable for this role if:
* You hold a degree in business or engineering.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
* You possess strong time-management and organizational skills.
* You can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You have well-developed negotiation skills.
* You are proactive and drive projects forward.
* You have a C1 level of English and French (both written and oral).
* You have significant experience working in an international environment.
