We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to cover major healthcare accounts in the UK to deliver continued growth to our existing and new business sales, primarily in healthcare. To ensure continuing customer satisfaction, the role requires strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a knack for leadership to foster long-term partnerships with our clients
The Job
* Reporting to the CEO and working with existing accounts across the UK, the primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales through the Direct UK Sales operation. The role involves generating sales from existing and new customers across the full breadth of the company's expanding risk and productivity solutions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive and proactive in addressing client inquiries.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
* You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the Company and customers.
* Lead presentations and meetings with clients to showcase our products and services effectively.
* Provide concise updates as to progress and deliver cogent plans to deliver against.
* You will have been successful in generating new business in solutions sales.
* Travel around the UK. Possible requirement to travel globally.
* You must have a full clean driving licence.

· You will have successful proven experience of account managing large public sector accounts.
· As a motivated self-starter, your skills and experience will enable you to identify opportunities in various market sectors.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions.
* Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
