Role Overview:
As an HLTA on supply, you will:
Support teaching and learning across different classes.
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.
Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
Provide support for pupils with additional needs.
Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines.
✅ Requirements:
HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience working in UK schools.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Flexibility and a positive, professional attitude.
