Summary:
* The role of a Temporary Staff is to perform general administrative and duties to support the operations and be involved in frontline operations such as assisting our customers in their request for any services and answering of telephone enquiries. A Temporary Staff will be required to fulfil other Ad-Hoc duties that are assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies over the counter(s) by appointment.
* Part of the team that handles designated queries over the telephone.
* Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
* Able to conduct backend IT system testing for e-services.
* Will be assigned other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of cases) as and when required.
Requirements:
* Min. Diploma
* Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills and be proficient in English. He/ she must be IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
* Be effectively bilingual (in English and mother tongue languages – Mandarin, Malay & Tamil) for telephone service
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must also be patient and sensitive as they will be dealing with people of diverse backgrounds.
* Able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
