Job Responsibilities
This role involves a range of administrative and clerical duties to support the operations at Kedleston Road Training Centre. Key responsibilities include:
Assessing and analyzing information presented to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintaining and updating computerised records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Providing support and assistance to the public, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Handling situations calmly and effectively, especially in crisis scenarios.
Working independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures.

Strong ability to assess and analyze information.
Calm demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure.
Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
Experience in public-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and updating digital records.
