Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative events agency with a passion for creating brilliant events with some of the UK's biggest & brightest brands and leisure destinations.
To help them deliver their world-class events they are now looking for a hard-working Event Manager to join the team. This role is integral to their future and will see you working on the delivery of all kinds of events, from fashion shows to children's immersive experiences, brand product launches to pop-up music extravaganza's and everything in-between with some of the UK's biggest brands and shopping spaces and places, including the likes of Westfield, British Land, JLL, Savills and McArthur Glen Designer Outlets, Pets at Home and Cath Kidson.

But enough about them, let's talk about the job. This is a challenging and varied role so here's just a taster of what you'll be doing:
* Event Planning: Assisting on putting together events from brainstorming and idea conception, right through to bringing it to life and reporting back to the client post-event.
* Event Staff Management: Supporting the wider team to create a database of nationwide event staff, support the team to recruit event teams across the country and send event crews staff briefs before each event.
* Purchasing & Procurement: Souring an array of stock required for the delivery of each event including props, costumes, crafts and everything fabulous in-between.
* Warehouse Liaison: Creating packing lists and prop production briefs for the Warehouse Manager for your key events.
* Event Delivery: Supporting our Event Management team on all scale events our and about in shopping centres and leisure spaces and places and around the UK.
* Client Happiness: Liaising on a day-to-day basis from the office, onsite during client meetings and delivery on exciting LIVE events to make our clients smile from ear to ear.
* Health and Safety: Supporting on the completion of all risk documentation to support both Moo & Goo and the client in question.
* Bench Marking: Consistently benchmarking and looking for ways to improve Moo & Goo events through monitoring our competition and contributing ways to improve our business and event delivery.
* Social Media: Contribute to weekly social media updates
* PLUS ad-hoc team event support duties where required
FULL AND CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL
