Job Description

Are you passionate about sports or delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our dynamic betting shops, no two days are alike, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers' needs.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a successful career?


What you will do

1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.


Working patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will include long opening and closing shifts, shorter evening shifts, and will vary weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.


Qualifications

* You must be 18 or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
