* Carry out Bitumen accurate stock reconciliations, investigating and resolving issues where required.
* Reconciling the material mass balance on a monthly basis, ensuring all movements in and out are booked within month end deadlines and reporting on stock losses/gains at the Preston location.
* Co-ordinating all Preston month-end movements in SAP across sales/supply/stock/purchasing to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Provide cover, as needed, for customer order taking and order entry, as well as customer order and invoice queries.
Qualifications/Experience required
* Highly IT literate, with good knowledge of MS applications and SAP knowledge preferential
* Financially aware, experience of business administration and knowledge of profit & loss accounts – exceptional attention to detail
* Problem-solver with capability to solve issues transversally, able to prioritise tasks
* Able to work without supervision, using own initiative, and to respect tight time deadlines
