Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a company that would like to bring in an Admin Assistant into their Lutterworth based site on a permanent basis. This is working for a small but busy office where no two days are the same. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4. Flexible hours can be discussed for the right person.
The right person for this role would have previous experience as an Admin Assistant preferably within a finance industry. Reliable, this company is looking for someone who wants to stay for the long haul.
So what would I be doing?
* Processing deals onto the system
* Manual Administration
* Responding to emails
* Speaking to customers
* Some accounts duties
* General Customer Service
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Helping with any other duties
But what do I get?
* Full Time, Perm position from day 1!
* £25,000-£27,000 per year DOE
* Early finish on a Friday
* Death in Service x4 salary (after 6 months)

But what experience do I need?
* Admin Experience
* Fully computer literate ESPECIALLY Word and Excel
* Reliable- Someone to stay in the role for the foreseeable
* Some with good social media skills (desirable)
* Previous Admin experience within Finance (desirable)
