We are excited to offer an opportunity within our client's car dealership in Barnsley for an experienced 1st line Helpdesk technician. Join their Customer Support team to assist internal colleagues with IT support.
The role requires adaptability due to varied daily workloads, especially during peak times. Key skills include multitasking, prioritising, organising, and proactive thinking.
Responsibilities include providing high-level IT support via phone, email, Webex, and remote tools. Collaborate with Technical and Infrastructure teams to enhance your skills.

Requirements:
* Previous IT Helpdesk and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills for varying technical abilities
* Experience in high-pressure environments
* Punctuality, reliability, and conscientiousness
* Minimum 1 year IT Helpdesk experience
