Your Role
As a Product Development Lead, you will take ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary medical product development projects from initial client engagement through to delivery. This includes:
1. Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of development programmes to ISO 13485 standards.
2. Acting as both technical and project lead, coordinating diverse skill sets across design, mechanical, electronics, and software engineering.
3. Collaborating with strategic clients to understand their needs, craft compelling proposals, and build lasting relationships.
