Job Description
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to expand our European sales team, focusing on major account development across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater Filtration. You will collaborate with regional sales teams and distribution networks to grow existing accounts and develop new business, leveraging your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and industry relationships.
Qualifications
* Current role as a Key Account Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar, seeking broader responsibilities.
* Experience in relevant industry sectors and managing UK and European accounts.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science discipline, or equivalent industry experience with further business qualifications.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and develop external teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with excellent IT, organizational, and communication skills.
