We areseekinga confident andcustomerfocused Resident Liaison Officer to support the successful delivery of oursocial housingrefurbishment projects. Acting as the key link between residents, the projectteamand our client, you will ensure every resident receives an exceptional customer experience throughout the works programme.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the customer journeyfrom prestart visits and profiling,to daily communication, complaintresolutionand aftercare. You willmaintainaccuraterecords on our CRM system, support project administration, and build strong relationships with residents,leaseholdersand wider stakeholders.
