Bring your skills to the table as an Associate Director in ICA Engineering. You'll play a crucial role in business development and ICA engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in all aspects of instrumentation and control/automation across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Epsom office.
Your Purpose:
* Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and ensuring high quality.
* Define briefs, scopes of work, and lead bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Set quality assurance standards in design.
* Grow, develop, and manage ICA engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
* Chartered or Fellow Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.
* Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Knowledge of ICA design, motor control systems, system architecture, communication networks, P&ID's, ATEX installation, functional safety, control specifications, and system requirements within process/industrial environments.
* Expertise in UK design standards and practices.
* Proven leadership in multidisciplinary delivery.
* A proactive work mentality to expand our client portfolio.
