Fitness Class Instructor (Spin, Pilates, Boxercise & More)

Overview
Snap Fitness Crosshands is seeking passionate and dedicated Class Instructors to join our growing team. We are particularly interested in instructors qualified in Spin, Pilates, and Boxercise, but we welcome applications from instructors of other disciplines if there is sufficient demand.
The ideal candidate will be confident in leading group sessions, have a solid understanding of anatomy and safe training practices, and bring energy and motivation to every class.
Class Timetable Availability
* Monday evenings: from 6:15pm onwards
* Wednesday evenings: 6:30–7:00pm
* Friday evenings: 5:30–6:00pm, 7:15–8:00pm
Duties
* Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes tailored to participants' needs.
* Provide clear instruction on correct techniques and safety throughout sessions.
* Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages members to achieve their goals.
* Adapt classes based on participation levels, energy, and client feedback.
* Maintain professionalism and represent Snap Fitness standards at all times.
Requirements
* Must hold all relevant qualifications for your discipline(s).
* Proven experience in teaching group classes or fitness instruction is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise technique, and safe training protocols.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members.
* Flexible to work during the times listed above.
