About Our Client
Our client is based in Fareham, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the credit control function, ensuring timely payments from clients.
4. Monitor and review outstanding debts, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and resolve payment discrepancies.
6. Prepare and distribute regular reports on debtors and outstanding balances.
7. Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve invoicing issues.
9. Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures.
10. Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
