Main Purpose
To drive and execute the sales activities for specific supplier brands across the company, and wider distribution model aligned to a clearly defined commercial sales plan to deliver maximum profit for the company.
All candidates applying must have the WSET qualification and 2-3 years experience in the wine industry.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage key brands within the company and across the wider company ecosystem where relevant
* Devise, agree, and activate an Annual Sales and Marketing plan with key supplier brands
* Manage budgets to ensure all supplier investments are allocated efficiently for maximum returns
* Deliver targets in sales, volume, and profit across all channels
* Manage relationships with brand partners, ensuring professional reporting and commercial rigor
* Determine and implement category strategy
* Define channel strategy for all wines from each supplier brand with targets set against individual lines
* Align brand expectations across all areas of the business, including Marketing
* Work within the brand management team to ensure alignment and promote shared practices
* Collaborate with sales, Trade Marketing, and Communications teams to maximize brand potential and develop brand image

* WSET qualification
* Industry knowledge of routes to market for on and off-trade
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian is advantageous
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in Mayfair and Capability Green near Luton Airport, with work-from-home options. Some travel for events and tastings is expected.
