The role is primarily focused on delivering improvements to increase availability and improving substitution recommendations. You will be responsible for Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: Developing and implementing our project plans while mitigating any risks. Conducting in-depth statistical analysis to identify the benefits of projects. Engaging key partners to understand opportunities and effectively handle trade-offs. Seeking out new opportunities, demonstrated by insight and data analysis to identify projects which materially improve availability, profit or customer experience. Foster positive relationships across Technology, CEC, Business Support, Commercial & Fulfilment, and the wider Online team to ensure we can move and implement at pace, when opportunities are identified. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with the relevant teams to build clarity.
