P J Harte Ltd are looking to recruit a site manager with experience carrying out External Refurbishment Projects to Occupied Listed Buildings, to join our team to successfully deliver a range of High End Residential and Commercial Refurbishment Projects within London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Working closely with the Contract Manager and Senior Project Team members.
2. Attend meetings and provide necessary information for successful project delivery.
3. Oversee site labour, sub-contractors, building surveyors, tenants, and clients.
4. Manage site health and safety protocols.
5. Manage the site induction process, including reviewing RAMS, ensuring receipt of certificates, inspection reports, etc., and maintaining records as per the Health & Safety Plan.
