Job Title: Lettings Administrator Apprentice Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3 Location: Brighton Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1-2 Saturdays in every 4 (with a day off in lieu during the week) Start Date: As soon as possible Benefits Gain hands-on experience within a well-established Brighton-based estate agency Work towards a nationally recognised Business Administration Level 3 qualification Full training provided - no prior experience required Supportive team environment with structured learning and development Opportunity to build a long-term career within the property industry Requirements Friendly and professional telephone manner Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Willingness to learn new systems and processes Basic computer skills, including email and office software A driving licence is advantageous but not essential GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4-9 in English and Mathematics Responsibilities for an Apprentice Support the Lettings Administration team with day-to-day administrative tasks Handle documentation relating to tenant referencing and utilities Answer incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally Assist with drafting legal documentation for new tenancies and renewals Help prepare paperwork for tenant move-ins Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations Apprenticeship Information You will be enrolled on the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes: Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2 Prospects Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent role within the business, subject to performance and business needs.
