Description The hands-on Head of Supply Chain, you will play a significant role as part of the SLT based from the Oxfordshire HQ. You lead a high performance people orientated culture. This is a hands on role with day to day responsibility including: Deliver supply chain strategy with a strong focus on inventory optimisation and reduction of excess stock. Lead both the S&OP and CPFR processes to ensure alignment between demand, production, and market availability. Oversee freight operations across ocean, air, and intermodal networks-driving cost‑effective and reliable delivery. Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers across Southern China, ensuring quality, reliability, and on‑time performance. Enhance forecasting accuracy, safety stock management, and SKU rationalisation to reduce slow‑moving and obsolete inventory. Use digital tools (ERP, WMS) to improve visibility and support data‑driven decision‑making. Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and international customs requirements.
