* As they continue their ambitious growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager, who can manage across a portfolio of brands.
The role:
* We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to join a fast-paced food business.
* This business has a significant portfolio, with a number of iconic brands. The successful individual will manage a multi-million £ brand and this is a unique opportunity to make your mark within a leading FMCG business.
* Joining a highly ambitious and capable Marketing team, this is a leadership role, managing a team of direct reports.
* This is a strategic position – the business have a clear growth plan and this is a business critical hire. We are looking for someone is highly commercial and creative, with the ability to flex between both and really shift the dial.

Ideal candidate:
* Must have FMCG experience and already be operating at Marketing leadership level
* Proven success in delivering growth for market leading brands
* Has managed a high performing team, with several direct reports
* Has managed a multi-million £ budget
* Experienced delivering sizeable marketing campaigns
* Creative thinker with a consumer-centric approach
* Excellent communicator
* Highly analytical
* Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Organised and focused on attention to detail
* Personable and team player
Benefits & details:
* £80-90k, plus car allowance, bonus opportunity and wider benefits
* Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Greater London
