Your Role as a Support Worker:
You'll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to:
* Live independently
* Achieve personal goals
* Enjoy fulfilling, meaningful lives
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in care is a plus - but not essential (we provide full training!)
* A caring, resilient, and proactive personality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A good sense of humour and a genuine love for helping others
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:
* Assisting with daily routines (dressing, cooking, cleaning)
* Encouraging hobbies, activities & community involvement
* Supporting personal growth & independence
* Administering medication & documenting care plans
* Upholding safeguarding principles at all times
