The Role:
Seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career progression, including a clear path to becoming a Partner with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling a client portfolio, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
What you will do:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
2. Client Advisory: Provide high-quality tax advisory services, guiding on tax planning and efficiency. Experience in giving tax advice is preferred but not essential.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development opportunities.
4. Client Management: Independently meet with clients to discuss their tax needs, offering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain profitability.
What you will have:
1. Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified, with a view to completing CTA or CTA already completed.
2. Experience: Strong tax compliance experience is essential; experience in tax advising is preferred. A background in accountancy is desirable. Experience with RoI tax matters is advantageous.
3. Skills: Proven team management, excellent communication, client-facing skills, organizational skills, and billing management experience. A strong desire to succeed and grow.
