My client is looking for an experienced Training Lead to provide end‑to‑end training expertise to a Conga CPQ implementation. The successful contractor will have demonstrable experience working on large‑scale Configure Price Quote / Offer Management solution implementations, ideally having previously created and delivered comprehensive training packages for Conga CPQ.
Responsibilities
* Work with the established Sales team to carry out training needs analysis and create a training plan to support the move to Conga CPQ.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, positively influence those affected by the change, and highlight benefits of the new solution.
* Design and author content on the Digital Adoption Platform (e.g., Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo) such as walkthroughs and smart tips to support the transition to Conga CPQ.
* Train Sales Subject Matter Experts to become Super Users to provide peer‑to‑peer support.
* Create e‑learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems like Workday Learning.
Qualifications
* Experience working on large‑scale Configure Price Quote / Offer Management solution implementations.
* Demonstrable experience creating and delivering comprehensive training packages for Conga CPQ.
* Proficiency with Digital Adoption Platforms (Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo).
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Knowledge of sales operations and processes.
* Experience with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360) and LMS (Workday Learning).
