Key Responsibilities:
* Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories for SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
* Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver solutions that boost efficiency.
* Design and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for process automation and analytics.
* Conduct gap analyses and propose improvements.
* Lead training and support for SharePoint sites, Teams Channels, and Power Platform tools.
* Manage product backlogs and assist in release planning.
* Champion governance and best practices around data security, access control, and content management.
* Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend new features.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience with Microsoft collaboration tools.
