Our Client is poised for growth following significant investment in its leadership team, new products, systems, and business intelligence. The Finance Director role is pivotal to the integrity, resilience, and credibility of the business, providing assurance, insight, and leadership at the highest level.
With an effective but small Finance team, the Finance Director will be capable of working in a hands-on SME manufacturing business in the context of a broader group structure, with commensurate stakeholder engagement, including group finance, external auditors, tax advisors and banks.
We are looking for a true business partner, who will challenge assumptions, bring fresh insight, and lead the business with analytical rigour and commercial confidence.
