We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing company based in Wythenshawe. If you enjoy working in busy role within a thriving organisation, this could be the opportunity for you!\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nSupporting the sales team with administration tasks, including preparing reports and presentations and scheduling meetings\nActing as a liaison between the sales team and their customers\nManaging customer reports and pricing communications\nHandling smaller accounts and contributing to sales forecasting\nUpdating the CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records\nConducting market research and trend analysis when required\nOverseeing the sample process and assisting with customer meetings and tradeshows\nAssisting the sales manager \n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nPrevious sales administration experience\nExcellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills\nFantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask\nA strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nThe ability to work effectively within a busy team environment. \n\nBenefits include:\n\nFree parking\n23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)\nYour birthday off\nHealth cash plan after 3 months\nCompany pension scheme with 4% employer contributions\nExciting company events & free goodies throughout the year! \n\nIf you are interested in this role, please contact Lizzie on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
