Role: Warehouse Associate
Shift Pattern: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Location: Northampton – High-Performance Engineering / Motorsport Environment

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Associate to support a high-performance engineering and manufacturing operation on a contract basis, working a dedicated weekend shift.
This role plays a key part in ensuring components are accurately identified, marked, and tracked in line with engineering drawings, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Operating in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment, you will help maintain full component traceability throughout the manufacturing and logistics process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Laser etching metallic components to defined design and quality specifications.
2. Applying part-marking labels to composite components in accordance with design intent and regulatory standards.
3. Maintaining accurate component traceability within ERP and digital tracking systems.
4. Ensuring correct identification and record-keeping of parts throughout all stages of manufacture and storage.
