The Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that stretch and inspire learners
* Prepare students for GCSE examinations, raising attainment and progress
* Use creative strategies to engage pupils with reading, writing and analysis
* Support literacy development across the school and contribute to the wider curriculum
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching English at KS3/KS4
* Strong subject knowledge and a proven ability to raise pupil outcomes
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
