Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive maintenance to ensure the site operates safely and efficiently
* Complete planned maintenance tasks via our PPM/work request systems and record them in our MI system
* Ensure equipment is returned to service safely and maintained to required standards
* Identify and implement improvements to day-to-day maintenance activities
* Prevent recurring issues through thorough and effective maintenance practices
* Some travel may be required to Telford and Minsterley sites
What you’ll bring
* Multi-skilled in plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance
* Strong technical skills in general facilities maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
* In-depth understanding of maintenance procedures and compliance standards
* Full UK driving license
