Collaborating with international partners, the team combines technical expertise and a commitment to quality to design and deliver complex rail systems that improve connectivity, efficiency, and the long-term performance of transport networks. In this role, you will lead the preparation of competitive tenders for UK and European rail projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to produce accurate estimates, manage costs and risks, and ensure successful, high-value contracts. The role is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, with flexi-time and the option to work from home two days a week. This role would suit an experienced Rail Estimator seeking an autonomous position within a growing infrastructure specialist, taking ownership of high-value tenders across the UK and Europe, analysing technical drawings, managing bid inputs, and supporting major rail projects while benefiting from professional development, flexible working, and opportunities to progress within an internationally connected organisation.
