To support the Branch Manager in the operation of our Eagles Meadow retail store, ensuring customers’ needs are met and exceeded where possible.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers and supporters.
2. Maintain high standards at all times.
3. Provide training to Retail Assistant(s).
4. In the absence of the Branch Manager, oversee the operations of the Eagles Meadow store.
5. Act as a key holder.
6. Perform any other duties as requested.

About The Candidate
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Previous retail experience, preferably supervising in a large retail environment.
* Experience with sports or fashion apparel/accessories is preferred.
PERSONAL SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
