The analytics and CRM functions are developing further every day, running a large-scale CRM programme to help shape and build the business strategy. The business understand the value of data and aim for it to be central and run through the entire company.
As a CRM Analytics Manager, you will be leading a team of specialised analysts focusing on CRM and campaign data. You will be coaching a developing the team, working stakeholders and driving decision making with the use of data, personalisation and campaign analysis.
Roles & responsibilities:
4. Support the marketing function with strategic planning and development of the marketing plan and CRM strategy utilising your knowledge of the customer database.
5. Develop direct campaigns which are meeting objectives and feed in to the overall business goals.
6. Ensure campaigns are built and delivered to answer business questions, and that the customer selections and accurate.
7. Producing analysis an delivering insight, to evaluate campaigns and learn from the results, using this insight to shape future campaign plans.
8. Drive customer communications with the aim to improve customer experience, build customer loyalty and improve overall business performance
9. Design, develop and deliver accurate and relevant customer selections
10. Deliver bespoke and informative analysis to help improve, shape and optimise customer and marketing campaigns
11. Leading the team, supporting analysts with their development and motivate them to achieve personal objectives
12. Introduce and developing new and innovative ways of working, trialling new techniques within the department
Skills & experience:
13. Extensive experience working in CRM Analytics or a data driven CRM delivery role
14. Advanced experience working with campaign management tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Unica etc.
15. Experience with SQL selections
16. Team management and development experience
17. Very strong attention to detail – working in zero-error environments
18. Designing / implementing customer journeys
19. Managing projects and workload and dealing with multiple stakeholders
20. Manipulating and analysis of large and complex data sets, delivering actionable insights and making recommendations
21. Presenting insight and recommendations to stakeholders, and using it to drive strategy and decision making
This is a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be based in the office 1-2 days a week
