About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Planner to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of production and project activities across our clients business within Devonport Dockyard.
This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations while promoting and embedding a strong safety-first culture throughout all activities. You will work closely with operational teams, senior management, and client to provide valuable business insights, maintain project schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, data-driven, and confident working across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of operational and production activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
Promote and reinforce a strong health and safety culture across all work scopes and site activities.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for operations teams and senior management.
Analyse operational and business data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
Produce business insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Work with Technical Authorities to develop detailed operational processes and robust work plans.
