Key Accountabilities
* Manage the daily delivery and dispatch process, ensuring correct routing.
* Complete weekly vehicle checks to maintain fleet compliance.
* Identify, pick, load, and deliver products professionally and on time.
* Serve and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
* Unload, check, pick, and load deliveries accurately.
* Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
* Perform warehouse and driving duties, including heavy lifting as required.
Role Requirements
* Hours
* Good local knowledge and familiarity with the road system.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* PC literate, able to manage documentation and processes.
* Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.
* Ideally, some knowledge of the construction industry.
* Experience working within a close team environment.
