About the Role
You'll lead marketing strategy and execution for Mitie's Projects division – a fast-growing part of our business delivering building refurbishments, fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and energy-efficient transformations. With a strong focus on decarbonisation, workplace of the future, and transforming the built environment, this is a role where your ideas will shape the future.
You'll:
1. Develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Activate multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and events.
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and sales teams to create impactful marketing plans.
4. Oversee sales enablement, including pitch decks, training, and briefing materials.
5. Use insight and data to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll combine strategic thinking, creative execution, and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
6. Highly experienced in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of buying behaviours and techniques.
7. Knowledge of the construction or property industry and/or ESG is a plus.
8. Strategic thinker, commercially focused, exceptional communicator, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a collaborative approach.
