The Role
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee all QA functions on site, ensuring products meet stringent regulatory, retailer, and customer requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining our food safety systems, supporting site audits, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across all production areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team, ensuring daily QA activities are effectively managed.
2. Oversee and maintain all food safety and quality management systems (QMS), including HACCP, TACCP/VACCP, GMP, and ISO/BRCGS standards.
3. Manage internal audits and support third-party, retailer, and regulatory audits.
