Key Duties of the Supply Teacher:
* Step into classrooms and deliver high-quality teaching across various year groups
* Ensure continuity of learning when covering for permanent staff absences
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
* Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
* Support the overall school ethos and contribute to wider school activities
Qualifications for the Supply Teacher Role:
* Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working in a teaching or Supply Teacher role in UK schools
* Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing classroom dynamics
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering top-tier education
