Role Overview

The Office Administrator will manage administrative tasks, support internal teams, and maintain an efficient office environment to foster effective communication and operational excellence across the company.


Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities coordination.
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events to support team productivity and engagement.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces and necessary documentation.
* Support finance and HR teams with administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record‑keeping.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
* Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution promptly and professionally.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior experience in IT or technology sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
